Reds Offense on the Decline (With Graphs)


After last nights loss combined with the 4 shut outs this month I couldnt help but think that it seems the Reds offense seems to be cooling off. After looking at the stats month by month including all the way up to last night July 26th it confirms that the Reds team offensive stats are in decline. I graphed the HRs, RBIs, Hits, and Batting Average:

I think the biggest issue seems to be the fall off in RBIs and then hits. The Reds lead the league in offense in May but it has been a steady down fall from there and is now to the point here in July where I think it is costing us wins.
